About the event

Bridgeview Public Library invites you to The Imagine Neighborhood's Super Podcast Listening party Extravaganza -- taking place every 4th Tuesday until May 23rd!

Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited. Call (708) 458-2880 ext. 106 to secure your spot.

Children ages 5 to 8 years accompanied by an adult caregiver will listen to an episode of the Imagine Neighborhood podcast, talk about big feelings, and do a fun crafting activity.  Plus, each child in attendance gets a FREE copy of RADIO FREE IMAGINE NEIGHBORHOOD

The podcast and activity book content are based on the Second Step curriculum currently being used in District 109

This whimsical podcast teaches social and emotional learning skills as wild and wacky caracters tackle different emotional challenges in each episode. The group will listen to a new episode each month, then discuss how we can work through similar emotions in a healthy way, using tools taught within the episode. A short craft activity will follow which reinforces the lesson.
